Turkey Moves into Iraq

Turkey claims it has fired upon a group of Kurdish Rebels, who are pro-American, inside Iraq, inflicting significant losses.

The U.S. Military has not reported that Turkey has moved into Iraq, but it seems obvious that this is some of the backlash from the Democratic Congress's recent move to declare the death of a large number of Armenians during World War I genocide.

Turkish incursions into northern Iraq in an attempt to engage the PKK Kurdish Guerrillas could destabilize what has been the calmest region in Iraq over that last few years.
